Revision Policy
To ensure you are satisfied with the final design, we offer the following:
- Three Revisions: You are entitled to request up to three revisions of the final design. These revisions must be requested within 14 days of receiving the final design.
- Revision Process: To request a revision, please contact our customer support team at zakariabenichou0@gmail.com with detailed feedback on the changes you would like. Our design team will work with you to make the necessary adjustments.
Non-Refundable Policy
Due to the digital nature of our services, we do not provide refunds. Once a design has been delivered and the revision period has passed, the sale is considered final.
